I wouldn't care if it came with wings!!
Anything can be removed.
Besides, a Mach 1 needs a Shaker...................
By that logic, anything can also be added... it’s a lot harder to fill a massive hole in the hood from a useless scoop than it is to cut a new hole. Just add a shaker to your car and let the rest of us enjoy the better car

(I think this is the first time we've seen the white stripe in the seat :) )

Yeah, that is interesting... only the appearance package is supposed to come with a stripe (Orange) on the seat, but maybe they’ve changed it to where whatever accent stripes you pick are what stripe you get on your seat? Or maybe it’s just a euro thing that they all get white stripes unless it’s an appearance pack... hmm

The dove white stripe is standard with the leather interior unless it has the appearance package which gives the orange seat stripe. Cloth interior Mach1's have the base Mustang interior seats.

Seems you can't hide in a Grabber Yellow Mach 1............it was spotted again (odd that the licence plate has gone!)

Dang, how did you get your hands on those?!

Little disappointed that front offset is still so absurd, just like the PP2... they could probably get away with another 10mm or so. Weight isn’t too bad, about on par with GT350 or PP2 wheels

Apparently, Ford can only manufacture heavy ass cast wheels or extremely lightweight carbon fiber ones with nothing in between. These "handling package" wheels weigh just as much as my PP's.

I’m a bit late to the party but i wanted to clear my thoughts on how Ford is handling the s550 as of late. Honestly it starting to feel like they’re milking the cow here and not in a good way. It started with the bullitt and the lack of a real gen 2 voodoo, i mean a sequel engine if ya will. And with the mach 1 it really shows how lazy they can be at the moment. Honestly all they had to do was throw in 94mm connecting rods and maybe make it 12:5:1 compression, everyone knows the bullitt is underrated. Nothing would of been more cool if they used the mach 1 as the greatest hits for the s550.
PP2 suspension
Gt350 manual trans
5.2 that’s gen 3 based
And the badass look

just a pipe dream at this point

Parts bin special.... Exactly like I thought. They didn't even bother giving the bullitt engine a revised tune to make more hp. Now all that's left is the $50k+ price tag announcement.
Read my comment lol

Tbh, I don’t think the Mach 1 is all that bad. I DO wish that Ford would’ve done some top end work to push the engine to 8k RPM (which probably would’ve achieved that 500hp mark with the GT350 intake that so many crave), but ultimately, the 460hp in the standard GT or the 480 in the Bullitt is plenty of power, it’s just neutered by the awful gear ratios of the MT82D4. With the Mach 1 having the A10 or TR3160 available, I think that’ll more than make up for the 20hp. Doing the math, it seems with the new gearing in the manual, the Mach 1 will have an extra 20hp at every shift point over the Bullitt (I’ll post a picture of my work, it’s just a rough guesstimate looking at dyno sheets, but it should be on average another 20hp every shift) which should make it feel like it has another 20hp over the Bullitt

As for Voodoo Gen 2, all signs point to Ford’s initial intentions being to discontinue the GT350 for 2018, so I can understand why they didnt

You should have in mind that the Mach 1 is probably the last special model for the Gen 6. I can totally understand that they don't invest in a new engine or things like that at this point in the lifecycle. If they went for a second refresh, it would have make sense, but with Gen 7 in not even two years from now they are cutting the costs a bit.
And right now I would not bet that Gen 7 is even using a pure V8 anymore, a Hybrid V8 or maybe even V6 is much more likely to me if they want to sell the car globally. Ford just cancelled the new Focus RS with the argumentation that they want all of their cars to meet the sub 80g CO²/km fleet emission goal in Europe, so I have my doubts that they will build a pure V8 just for the NA market.
In my interview with Darren Palmer (head of Fords electric cars) he told me that he thinks the V8 might only have a future in special models like Shelbys.

Still the Mach 1 is a great offer. It's a Performance Package 2 but finally with the Tremec transmission and a unique styling which looks way ahead of the 18+ frontend. If I really would go for a new Mustang, it would be a though decision between a new Mach 1 and a used GT350. To me the Mach 1 is pretty much how the 18 refresh should have been from the get go.

Haha I don't mean to seem like I am so hung up on your guess just that price for the handling pack shocked me is all. So I will throw my guess out there

Using a mix of PP2 and Bullitt prices I am going to say adding in the coolers and the tremec will put a starting price of the manual at 53 and 54 for the auto. I am being a little conservative on that since everything has already been developed they are just pulling it out of the parts bin for the most part.

handling pack tops 2500, recaros 1600, and if they have an electronics package like the Bullitt does 2100. So I am guessing maxed out at 59,200. Part of that is also that it needs IMO to stay below GT350 pricing. Even though the GT350 is going away (is that 100% confirmed) It would be a very bad look if it came in at the same or above GT350 pricing
Just wanted to say I called this one pretty damn close lol
