Yeah, dream cars that anyone could have if they just decide to buy it. Where are the McLarens and Ferraris on the list? Or Bugatti/Pagani/Koenigsegg?

Mustang is way cheaper than an F150 and you see tons of those around here. Way more than you do Mustangs.

There's other factors besides cost that could prevent someone from getting a "dream car". But, I do get what you're both saying. Let'd call these Obtainable Dream Cars. My actual dream car (which will never happen barring a big lotto win) would be a Pagani Huayra. That car just slaps, and they really paid attention to every detail.

I think that would be an awesome choice. Paganis are as much art as car.

I would have to drive some cars to find out, but my current top contender would be the Ferrari 812 Superfast. Either that or possibly some McLaren variant. Something trackable. My assumption being that in this dream world I would not only own the car but also have the money to drive it on track.

Some dude has a Pagani Huayra in my neck of the woods. Saw it at Pep-Boys last summer. Wish I got a pic of it to share. He got on it hard on a long on-ramp to the highway by the store, and boy did it sound glorious.

Doesn't surprise me one bit re:Tesla. I mean who wouldn't want a car where you pay no use tax (Gasoline tax) yet get to use HOV lanes by yourself? Nevermind the fact that they cause more wear on the roadbed than many gas cars due to their weight.
