Hmmm... those properties are just a few minutes away from my house. Per Dallas Central Appraisal District web site, they were built and owned by AT&T. Probably just mini central office sites used during the 90's.

Main room has raised floor tiles like a data center would but air conditioning in that room doesn’t look sufficient. The commercial power equipment and backup generators are data center typical. Fire protection, Vesda smoke detectors on wall, is also data center typical.

Yep. That's my first thought. Worked in a data center for over 20 years. Seeing that floor and tile puller jumped out at me. They probably thought the air handling was sufficient when they put it in.

Since there are no pictures indicating any views of the outdoors, are the 'windows' purely ornamental? While I love the whole stronghold vibe, being able to see outside is kind of a perk.

Very cool otherwise. A little small to have my fantasy indoor go cart track and house an impressive stable of cars and bikes inside, though. Hell of a commute too.

The windows actually look like solar panels, they were probably wired in with the generator setup. That definitely would make a hellacious mancave/hideout.
