The more I see the S650s, the more I know I've had my last Mustang for the foreseeable future

The market will dictate how it will be preceived. October sales up 90% YoY, vs a car that is indistinguishable from a 2018. We'll see if it can maintian momentum. With no Challenger to cross shop and 1yr to go for Camaro, it will probably succeeded if only by attrition.
You have that reversed. The Camaro no longer exists, but the Challenger is still available.

I can not stand the fake grilles in the lower part of the bumper. Looks too much like what Honda did to their Civic and Civic Type R. I much prefer the fog lights/side markers/air ducts of the S550.

That depends upon the options you have. On my GT with performance package there is an oil cooler there and the grille is open for it. So isn't a "fake" on all models

Give it time…it will get better….3 years or so in it will get a refresh….probably fix the dash, more power, hearing Dark Horse with supercharger on the 5.0. Ford never scratches the surface the first few years or a model run. Foolish to get a Dark Horse now. The car to buy now is a used Mach 1, while they are tanking in value.

Yeah,.....not completely sold on the S550 Mustangs yet. Definitely won't be on the GT models,......they are UGLY. lol
At least the DarkHorse Premium cars look somewhat decent.

Wish I could find a pic with the same color tone... both cars are Race Red. Anyway, all the black plastic in the too-big grill, the hood vent (which looks like my HEPA filter) the headlights and some awkward angles... This car is a no go. Even down on HP from my '18...

I see you are comparing the 2018+ with the 2024+ generation.

🤣 🤣 🤣

Maybe we should do this comparison instead:
