I've been inspired by a model!

There's been rumor of a Mach 1 version of S550 for a while and we've seen a few Photoshops, even some from our own Chrisvr6.

However, when Topnotch posted these images the other day, I was blown away. This is by far, for me, the most impressive "potential" S550 variant yet! Just about everything brings out the best in S550.......the graphics are superb, the wheels a great new take on the Magnum and even that colour.....wow!

Just as the '12 & '13 Boss bought out the best in S197, I reckon this does the same for S550. I know we're expecting GT350, but it would be very cool to have this as another SE.

If Ford replicated this, I'd find it very hard to resist!

So, if you're reading this, Ford, you know what to do next :ford:

I like the color. The wheels (and those rubber band tires) not so much. :)

I always loved this render! It would be fairly easy to pull this look off on a vanilla GT, too:
-Dark grey hood extractors
-Dark grey wing mirror caps
-Dark grey lower intake divider, leaving the frontal surface body color (could be done with plastidip)
-Wedge some kind of light units up in that plastic void outside of the grille fangs
-Modified front bumper with intake slot

Looks really sweet... In the first set of pics I'd like to see the regular pony gone and repLaced with Smaller off center one with the tri bar

I'm liking the green one better!

If they produced a Mach 1 like the green one. I would find everyway possible to own that car. I miss my 2004 Mach 1 so much that I have the vin number memorized so I can find it again someday. But this will do until then.

I think a new Mach would go great on the new style. With a shaker scoop that would just look amazing. Maybe I could upgrade my Mach to a new one someday, actually forget about that. I love mine to much. I'll just keep it and put the new one next to my current one :D

Well, if Ford announced that was coming in, say, '17MY, I'd seriously rethink ordering a GT Vert in '16. Maybe I'd have to keep my '99 Vert and just add the Mach1... :D

I dig this model a lot! It would be really neat to see one of these cars on the road.

I can seriously imagine that thing with a shaker hood. I am hooked. They better make an S550 Mach 1!

Personally I don't think the Shaker Hood would look right on the S-550. The shape of the hood already lends it's self to the NASA Scoop Hood of the 71-73 Mach 1's. The Shaker just looks Older and too Retro for the S-550 in My Opinion.

Whoa... Don't think the wheels need to be so retro, but I love the overall look!

What are the chances of a Mach 1 being released?
