Crazy busy day today. Had a few seconds to snap pics with the Archetype Racing Splitter Extensions. Made from the same dense carbon fiber used on the splitter and I am digging it so far. @EIGHTLUG should be along with more info on these soon.

The R is getting prepped for some much needed track time. New rolling stock is a little bit bolder. 20x11.5 square Signature Wheel Track Series SV502 in Racing Red.

What is the 1" high 'lip' a few inches in from the edge on your front splitter? More downforce when it fills up with rain water? (just kidding) I didn't see drain holes... Is it sort of a turbulence 'curtain' to keep the air from spilling willy nilly over the edge?

I believe you are referring to the splitter fence. I'd try to explain but no doubt I'd flub it! Lol! CURTIS HEIDEL ? ARCHETYPE RACING.

The wind fence is utilized to prevent air from getting in between the OEM splitter and the Archetype piece. You lose downforce if the air is able to escape through. @EIGHTLUG will have more data for you if you need it.

Water drains from the bottom under the car though. Works out well.

The big day is near. Parts should be arriving to my detail partner Imperial Works tomorrow. Got these photos sent over from Carbon Composites by MAD. Who the heck is that you may ask?

As many of you are aware Carbon2Carbon pulled down their online site. Chris owned that company and used it for the GT350 parts. Chris is now consolidating Carbon2Carbon into his pre-esxisting MAD industries umbrella. I will be working with them to launch the new web page, and bring a nice group buy to the site for the spring/summer. Until then, here are some photos of what’s coming :headbang:

How do I find this product to buy?
