The bar that separates the upper bumper cover and lower grill is body color, in my case white. I want to make it black like the grill. I think it is a better look.
Besides taking it to a body shop to paint it what to use? Carbon fiber tape? Paint? If I use a rattle can paint what to use? Bed liner paint? Something else?

I'd just take it to a shop, honestly. Rattle can paint won't come out as well as an HVLP sprayer; trust me. There's no reason to cheap out on paint, and especially not on the face of the car. You will regret it. Further since your car's white—that'll be a very noticeable contrast.

You could use a gloss black vinyl wrap if you know how to measure and cut it without damaging the paint beneath.

Please for the love of all, don't use bedliner.

Black vinyl wrap ppf - that way it can be removed in the future if needed...

It's not too hard. Just gotta mask it up properly. Make sure to have paint thinner to fix up your mistakes. Peel the tape off while still wet. Only should take 1 can of black, no glossifier.
