That's what they said about the 1971 442 VS. the 1970.

Not counting any of that places specific fees, I say $64,550. Low miles, low number car, BAT’s reputation and trust.. it will sell high I think.

It is the right car and right year I will agree with that. It has the standard transmission but not many options beyond that. If the M1 handling package had been added it would be worth more IMO. I like mine because it is fully loaded and handles great, granted it is an automatic but I’m older and shifting a 6 speed would be difficult. I currently have 4,300 on mine and have enjoyed every mile driven.

Ford only produced a total of 6,313 M1‘s for 2021 because of covid, chip supply and other part supply problems. The HP being 20 less for the 2022 model year could play a factor in the price as well. This one was sold not too far from where I live.

It doesn’t matter how much is paid for it, the one thing the new owner won’t be able to do is attend the M1 track attack school. That was worth something to me right there.

I want to see what it brings because it may help me put a ballpark future price on mine. I would love to be able to order a 500 but that is probably doubtful because of the dealer markup and allocation.

A 2022 new M1 would probably cost about 4K more because of Ford’s markups on it. I hope the owner gets what he wants and wish him the best going forward.

BAT means it will even more inflated than normal. I say MSRP + $5k. Which is sad, but it's my guess.
