With the rest of the suspension work I also installed the Steeda Bump Steer Kit before having the car aligned. I'm not sure if I have the spacers correct for my level of lowering but the car sure does have LESS bump steer.

Got out to Milan Raceway last night and ran a couple 12.4's. I'm happy.
First time I've driven on the Drag wheel/tire set: HRE FF15 18x10.5 with NT05R 315's

Alright guys, after a very very busy summer here are some fresh photos of the car. These were all taken with a Fujifilm XT-2 camera, mostly in Detroit's Eastern Market.

Time for an update. I made a spring road trip with the wife from Detroit to Cincinnati. A couple days of eating/drinking and walking around Cincinnati in 65 degree weather while Finishline performance & Team Beefcake installed the following:

- GT350 JLT
- GT350 Throttle Body
- GT350 intake manifold
- Innovators West balancer
- TSS oil pump gears
- TSS Crankshaft Sprocket Gear
- Lund Tune for 93

[ame]

436 RWHP at 7,500 rpm

I think the car could make more power without cats and with 3" exhaust all the way back.
I didn't think about the possibility of E85 until a couple days after. Happy with the car though.

When I got back from the trip I installed new UPR catch cans, my previous catch can setup didn't work with the new manifold.

Just installed a MMR water pump pulley. This shot also shows off the Innovators West Balancer.

I installed the fabled Steeda rear upper mounts.

Nice pieces, easy install. I did not need to remove the shocks from the car.
Ride has improved, the oscillation on certain roads is gone or minimized.
I think these are a must to our lowered and stiffened cars.

Pre GT350 intake manifold I consistently ran 12.40, just got home from the strip with several 12.2's

Updates: Last fall I felt the clutch slipping when I really got into it. To fix that I picked up an RST twin-disc McCleod clutch & a lightened steel flywheel. I also installed the Steeda clutch pedal spring. I like this clutch!

I've been thinking for a while that I wanted to try some different suspension components. Michigan roads, especially in the Detroit area, are just SO TERRIBLE. The ride my car has had for the last few years is so harsh it has taken away some of my enjoyment. I had Koni Yellow Adjustables with eibach Pro-Kit springs.

The new setup has:
- Ford Performance "TRACK" FR3 shocks & struts
- Steeda Bump Stops
- BMR rear upper shock mounts
- Same eibach Pro-Kit springs

So far I'm really liking this combo more than the Koni's. The ride is less bouncy, better body control, & smoother overall.

Yesterday I installed Steeda S550 Front Control Arms (Lateral and Tension Links w/ Bearings). It's a very easy install. I recommend taking the brake caliper and rotor off to make it the easiest. My car is about 1.2" lowered in the front and these did create more direct feeling in my steering. I like it. I do also have steed's bump steer kit (probably a MUST). The only NVH increase I've noticed is slowing down from about 15mph to a stop. I'm hearing more road noise from the spherical bearings. This isn't a huge amount of NVH, just saying. Don't want any NVH? There's a set of these with bushings instead of bearings.
