To this point, I did adjust the steering wheel an seat which made a huge difference.

I also swapped in the Steeda spring which feels much better to me than the stock spring.
yes, once you are dialed in with your seating/steering position, as you did, you will get used to the clutch bite point location, and never think about it again. its a muscle-memory thing. you’ll never feel the bite in the clutch like a mechanical clutch mechanism, you’ll just learn where it is by car motion and rpm response.
like Nova said: the steeda spring just make the clutch feel heavier. not a big deal to me.

I also am short at a generous 5'7". I also bought the pedal extender. This car just doesn't feel right without it. The extender makes all the pedals feel like they are where they ought to be. Makes a world of difference. And my opinion on the clutch feel is that it is pretty good. My last car was a 2019 Toyota 86. If you want to feel a vague clutch drive one of those. In 11 months of ownership I could never get it right
