Thinking about going from 255/40/19 to the PP size, 275/40/19 on a standard GT, keeping the gearing the same. So, that's 0.6" larger diameter.

If you've put larger tires on the back without re-gearing, how would you describe the difference in acceleration?
Thanks!

The difference would be negligible just on the tire size. Weight of the wheels and tires is what you’ll notice. PP wheels are heavy!

So the real question is since the PP come with 275/40 and 3.55s(auto) is he technically going to a 3.55 ratio from what is theoretically a 3.64 gear ratio or is he going from a 3.55 to a 3.46 gear.....
