One of my biggest gripes with my '15 Ecoboost Premium is the touchscreen. The screen is slow, the interface is dated, and the GPS directions aren't always the best. I'm extremely with the car otherwise, it's a realization of a dream. But the touchscreen really bugs me.
Has anyone attempted to take it out and replace it with something more modern, like what the 2016s have with Sync 3? I'd love to have something like that, or Android auto, in the car. (This would definitely void my warranty, but is something I still would want to do once my warranty is up).
