I need to take the pieces to have the bottleneck removed. Anyone have measurements from doing the same thing? Going under the car now to see if I can figure it out. Thanks for any help.

i would just put the setup on, and have them cut it at the shop and add an extra section in

we actually have a custom setup that is exclusive to us from stainless works / stainless power that is already extended that is cut to fit that you don't need to have an extra section fabbed in

but looks like you already picked something up

with our custom setup, you just cut out the neckdown portion of your catback, and whatever excess you don't need on the lead pipes, to give you a single , full 3" connection point.

it eliminates the need for welding or adding a second section of piping inline

with the reg length setup, you are going to need to add a 3rd section of pipe between the catback, and headers to make it fit

Do the extended pipes have a slip fit to them, or is it recommended to just use a stock style clamp? Seriously considering this setup with the $100 MIR going on.

not a slip fit, stock style clamp, but the pipes are fully connected and slip over each other

the slip fit clamp is because the oems don't overlap
