The forum for my current (soon to be previous) car has a "supporting member" level that has some small benefits (hiding ads, extra user flairs, that sort of thing). I have not been able to find that option on this forum. Does it exist?

All these ads are killing me. I still haven't found a link to become a supporting member. Do the admins not monitor this topic?

Use the "Ignore" button for the sellers whose ad's you don't want to see.
