You just put a smaller pulley on like all the shops have done that are advertising big dyno #
It takes more than just a smaller pulley, as that demands more than the stock fuel system can provide.

If you want the full 810 with this kit out of an otherwise stock S650 5.0, you need the AVE.

You don't just "turn up the boost". Do you think there is a dial on top labeled "BOOST"? The included tune is THE Ford tune.
Just add wide open cans dont need ave to make those numbers. The ā€˜aveā€™ is akin to live tune but otherwise not required and can actually complicate matters since now youā€™re playing with flow and pressure.

The misinformation and lack of understanding is embarrassing.

Guys are already out here with 3.6 uppers and E30 running mid 5 60-130s, well into the 9s

the tune has adaptive logic. The cars are speed density. Itā€™s NBD until you start shooting for 1,000HP.

you actually do just change pulleys and ā€œturn up the boostā€

I do wonder what the reliability will be like when its the average joe with these kits doing random mods to them, running who knows what for gas, not looking the logs over, beating the heck out of the cars...

the guys doing the numbers right now at least know what they are doing

You can't do 810 with the stock exhaust. Why is this so hard to comprehend? That's my entire point.

?

whipple kit comes with GT500 injectors
Yes, that's already known. Do you think all you need to support a smaller pulley is the included injectors? Go ahead and do that and let us know how it works out.

Newsflash: An upgraded fuel system is NOT just different injectors.

With a stock fuel system? Nope! Can't supply enough fuel.

Took it to mean ave was required.

Itā€™s targeting low 70s lambda and holdingā€¦ thereā€™s A LOT of headroom.

Especially with the use of more dense fuels.

This system is perfect for old school guys who ā€œget itā€

Nope. Just that every single reference I've read or watched mentions that this stock SC kit, alone, will only make the advertised 810hp if your stock S650 5.0 has the AVE and not the non-AVE exhaust.

Of course you can mod many other things, but I've been referring to a STOCK S650 and the standard SC kit only. Seems a few people want to read more into what I was talking about.
