Stock Head Unit - Remove and Replace Factory Amp...What Do I Need To Do?

I have 9 speaker and just did Audison 8.9 at OE kick panel location with Hertz MP speakers then added Kenwood XR 1000 mono block for the JL sub in OE dynamatted enclosure that I had on 2 bridge Audison channels for a while

After the XR 1000 I had 2 spare channels so got a 4" Ground Zero BMW center speaker. Tuned for two seat listening and sounds amazing. For under $1500 incl install some of which I did on my own, and XR 1000 plus sub I did on my own as first timer install.

Very simple and clean install though if I had a coupe with 4" screen I'd do Dynavin and whatever good used speakers or deal could find to keep costs reasonable and take it from there later.

No pics it's not glamorous the Audison is in the kick panel and XR 1000 mounted on a carved out trunk well foam on 1/2 W ALU rails (closet track) with 360 degree air and trunk panel is raised 1/4 in with spacers for more air.
