Is anybody running 14-15 lbs of boost with 1000cc injectors & stock fuel pump with a bap on 93?
What's the highest hp level with stock fuel pump with bap on 93 or E85?
Looking for around 700+ rwhp without a complete fuel system upgrade.

Honestly, the highest psi that I would run on 93 is 12. 14-15psi on way too much on 93. Mine is making 714rwhp on 93 at 12psi. I'm going to find out on Monday what it makes on 100oct at 13psi.

Thanks man! I've been reading mixed reviews on capping it at 12lbs on 93. Some shops say your good up to 15 then others say 12. But you have who I want tuning my car Ken, so I'm guessing there is a educational reason why you said 12. Not trying to be a smart ass but why is the reasoning? Just trying to learn brother

It's going to be weather dependent. It may run fine maxed out during the Summer and then it could lean out during the Fall or Winter.

IMHO, I would avoid maxing out the fuel system. Return style systems are much cheaper than a new piston(s).

Enuff Said! Lol
What's the most cost-effective fuel system set up for e85/93 flex fuel to support 800 rwhp. This will be a DD car, a few trips to the track a year & a good bit of roll racing. Not wanting to spend cash on race fuel when I have E85 local. Are ID1300cc needed or will the 1000cc work?

I would go with ID1300s if you are going with e85. ID1000s will work but limit your HP to around 830rwhp. If you plan for more one day, then you won't be limited by your injectors.

There are a ton of kits that will get you too 800rwhp with the right fuel. It just depends on your budget. I'm actually putting my car on the dyno tomorrow with my 100oct tune. I will probably switch to e85 soon though. 100oct is around $15 per gallon lol.

I'm gonna cosign @evo8904 You're going to need E85 or race gas and likely some ID1300x. Valve float becomes an issue as well with too much boost so watch out for that as well.

I've been 9.80 at 141 on pump 93 with 15-17 OEM pump, bap and DW 95s. Not sure on boost.

Not sure if there is a "cost effective" route if you want to go e85; it would depend on your definition of cost effective. Most tuners want a return style fuel system + injectors - which IMO = expensive.

How much power are you trying to make? I made 809 wheel on stock fuel pump, BAP, and 95lb injectors. The fuel was 93 plus a 16 oz of boostane (around 100 octane).

What ^ he said. Over 800 - 900 crank hp depending on fuel, you will be at the edge of your fuel system with stock fuel pump and rails. Im running 1050x with a JMS BAP and im maxed around 12-13 psi. My fuel pressure remains steady at around 55-60 psi

It also matters what bap you use. The jms unit puts out more voltage than the rest so the pump will push more fuel. Regardless of the number just make sure you're not dropping pressure or maxing injector duty cycle and you'll be fine.

Id 1050x’s 13lbs of boost 750 whp from Procharger D1x. Stock fuel pump + vortech plug and play bap. I run 93 octane + Lucas octane booster in every tankful.

You like living dangerous don't you. I didn't know that the OEM pump was that strong.
