Tired of trying to figure out the best way to strap your S550 Mustang down to your trailer?

Steeda has developed a bolt-on solution to eliminate the guess work. The Steeda S550 Mustang Tie Down Kit has locations on both the front and rear for you to attach straps, helping to make securing your vehicle quick and easy. No more trying to strap down your Mustang on the sides or with a permanent hook coming through your front bumper. These brackets are made from high strength steel and zinc-plated for longevity.

The brackets also are uniquely designed for clearance on lowered vehicles so they do not have to be removed once installed. They also fit with popular twin turbo setups making securing your high horse powered Mustang a breeze.

Product Benefits:

Easy bolt-on solution
Shortens time to die down Mustang
Made from high-strength steel and zinc-plated
Designed for clearance on lowered vehicles
Made in the USA

Interested in more pics, specifically where they actually mount to the car.

Thank you sir!! Im very interested. The Cobra Jet ones are a PIA with an enclosed trailer.

Also the white s550, can you ask him what parachute kit that is? I like how it comes through under the plate.

Quick question, I've only tied down my cars on trailers with a strap through the wheels but I've been looking to switch it up to this setup.

Is the car pretty solid when strapping it down from the chassis? I would think the straps would loosen once the car compressed over bumps and such.

Iv'e looked into this as well for when the time comes. Last time I recall seeing a vehicle moving so violently was when it was strapped to an 18 wheeler open car hauler with the wheel straps that dealers/manufacturers use. Was on a series of waves (Houston bridges) and that 7 series was over utilizing bumpstops and launching back in the air. Gave me anxiety like no other. Would much rather strap the chassis down and check straps every so often.

This is my set up, I prefer the chassis tie down 10 to 1 over the thru the wheel. As you can see I have hauled it open and enclosed over 300 miles one way and checked the straps multiple times..... not 1 adjustment! When I was routing thru the wheels I was always concerned about scratching them during tie down, no longer a problem... plus with the straps thru the wheel, they occasionally loosened. Quality and strength of this product is second to none, and made right here in the USA.... Happy 4th everyone
