I can tell you that with my Sportlines and 25mm spacers, my rears are just about touching the fender (can barely fit a finger in there). I'd imagine with the Extremes you'd want 20mm at the very most.how big of spacers can be run SAFELY without rubbing on these springs?
Outstanding picture!!! Thanks for sharing!!
Great news on finding the root cause!! Thank you for your feedback!Ok figured it out. I torqued everything down but after lifting it noticed the front Spring was a little loose. Tightened the strut but down more with a breaker bar. Got another full thread on each side and problem solved. It was torqued down to spec before and looked fine upon install. But oh well this is why you double check things. Anyways man this thing handles so much better now. My normal everyday drive through my local area shows i can take the turns faster and it feels like it’s on rails. I’ll get pics up soon. Need to find a new image hosting site since photobucker sucks now.
Both coilovers and springs will lead to better handling and reduced wheel gap...the question is, how much are you willing to spend?I need some help. I can't decide between coilovers and just springs. Any advice would be appreciated. My wheel and tire setup is in my signature line. I really just want better handling and to eliminate the wheel gap. Heres a very bad very old picture I have of the wheel gap (sorry my car is at the shop right now) Figured I'd need spacers too at some point
