They look awesome!!! I'd highly recommend going with the 275/35R19 (Front) and 305/35R19 (Rear) combo. Send pics once you have them mounted!Does anyone have theirs yet (anyone not in a snowy climate that is)?
The snow here in the GTA has caused significant delays in delivery. All 4 boxes were on a truck yesterday but no delivery. Today only 3 of the boxes are on the truck and 1 is at a sorting facility (facepalm). UPDATE: They arrived today (all 4 boxes)
Looking to see pics of the 10/11 combo with tires as I'm trying to decide if I want to go Nitto NT555 275/35R19 (Front) and 305/35R19 (Rear) + lower the car .5" (using the Steeda Magnaride kit) or see if I can get 275/40R19 and 305/40R19 and keep the stock ride height as it is a daily driver year-round.
Thoughts?
So what do you recommend I lower the car so that I don't get Tonka Truck Syndrom? You know; where the smaller tires increase the gap even more LOL. I have the Pirella P-ZERO 40R19s on it right now. They look awesome!!! I'd highly recommend going with the 275/35R19 (Front) and 305/35R19 (Rear) combo. Send pics once you have them mounted!
I looked briefly yesterday to see if Nitto had 275/40R19 and 305/40R19 but they do not. So finding a tire I like, with good reviews, in a 40 sideway at this size might be a little tough. May just have to lower the car 0.5" using that Steeda kit mentioned above.I always look to increase sidewall height a little for comfort and fill the gap. Comfortable on the street and no noticeable performance compromise 99.9% of the time.
Personally, I think you'll be fine with the 35 aspect ratio. 30 is where it starts looking a little bit like you skipped leg day depending on what lowering springs you go with.So what do you recommend I lower the car so that I don't get Tonka Truck Syndrom? The Steeda Canada in Hamilton here can do the work on the lowering. I was looking at their Ultimate Handling package...

Below is our Mach 1 with Gloss Titanium 20x10 F and 20x11 R wrapped in Nitto INVOs - 285/30 F and 305/30 R on the MagneRide Dual Rate Springs you are considering. (Love those springs, BTW - highly recommend) I think if you go with the 35 ratio, you'll be golden. Especially if you don't want to be too low after adding a body kit. Hope this helps!
Those are great springs. I’d agree going with a 40 series. My track wheels are squared 19x10 Apex’s with 285/35/19 SuperCar3’s and even with the Steeda springs I have too much gap. Unfortunately, I already ordered my NITTO 555s from Steeda Canada which are the ones that Steeda USA recommended as one of the tire packages you could get. 305R19/35 and 275R19/35 sidewall. Those are great springs. The drop is minimal so I wouldn’t worry about the snowplow.
We've had quite a few come through that sent us photos. You can check out the gallery through this link: https://www.steeda.com/trident-wheel-breakdown#photosAnyone have these on their car yet?
