Sorry y'all - had a family member with medical issues that I've been handling, so it's kept me out of pocket for a bit.

Got a ton of responses that I'm working through in order.

It looks like shipping is 40/30/35 (UPS/USPS/FedEx) to everyone that's responded plus/minus a couple.
