The Steeda S550 Mustang Shifter Base Bushing Bracket Kit significantly improves shifting performance, by providing a much more solid mount for the rear of the shifter. The kit replaces the flimsy, low durometer OE shifter base bushing assembly, with a high-quality polyurethane bushing. Our kit uses CNC milled aerospace-grade aluminum for lightweight and high-strength. This material is far superior to the stock OE shifter base bushing.
