Steeda Q750 StreetFighter Spoiler

So I received my spoiler on last Thursday. To my surprise it is a grey color and not satin black. Called the guys at Steeda and was informed this is how they come?! The worst part is I waited for months to get a painted one, then finally talked myself into getting the satin black only to be told thats not even an option.

Contact Dave at Steeda, I had the exact same issue. He corrected it ASAP. We must have both talked to the same rep.

I pm'd him last Thursday when I got it. (I think the man might be taking a well deserved vacation.) David has always taken good care of me in the past and I know he will this time too.
The guy I spoke with at Steeda was pretty adamant that this was the only way to get them and that they don't offer any painting options. That was my only reason for posting was to make others aware of the possible changes.

Agreed, I may just go OEM track pack now and drill the trunk. It's not THAT big a deal as most spoilers use the same holes for resale.

It's been far too long without any idea when we can even start ordering painted, let alone how long that will take once ordered.

I just dont understand, $100 for paint was confirmed back on 4/18 so if there's a price the paint guy was spoken to; that's pushing 2 months now. Why do we still not even have a firm date when painted can be at least ordered, let along ordering one? :shrug:

"Hey bud what date can we start painting? Um gimme 4 more days. Ok." Im just unsure what the 6 week wait is right now to know when painted can start; it's just spraying some paint on the pre-primed part. Not Dave's fault but Im done waiting personally. I was willing to spent the $50 over OEM for the same gloss black, but not wait 1/4 of a year.
