Hi everyone,

A few of you may have already seen the announcement, although our S550 EcoBoost cold air intake is now available!

Our EcoBoost CAI allows your S550 to breathe much more freely than the stock intake system allows. Steeda engineers started with a large surface area high-flow nano-fiber air filter, added our race-tested velocity stack entry and then designed a black roto-molded heat shield with a durable rubber gasket to seal the shield against the hood. We also include a complete replacement inlet tube from the CAI box to the turbo. Also, all of our CAI's come with a lifetime warranty!

You have the option to run this bolt-on CAI with or without a tune. Please reference our dyno sheet below:

baseline run (non-PP): 256.51 rwhp and 288.27 ft/lbs tq
CAI installed (factory tune): 283.21 rwhp and 298.03 ft/lbs tq
CAI installed with Steeda tune: 304.28 rwhp and 366.26 ft/lbs tq

With no tune, we saw a gain of 26.7 rwhp and 9.76 ft/lbs tq!

With a Steeda tune (which we are still tweaking), we saw a gain of 47.77 rwhp and 77.99 ft/lbs tq over stock!

So far we've received great feedback from our EcoBoost customers running this CAI. Please let us know if you have any questions as our staff is always here to help!

Thanks,
David

IAT comparison to stock?
I like the design, I'm not an engineer or anything, but out here in Palm Springs its 100+ degrees and I would think the metal from the hood would radiate so much heat in daily driving the IAT would be higher than stock vs. a dyno pull with the hood up?

If I was to get this intake, and dyno it - data logging along the day.

Considering all variables the same IAT 2, timing, temperature and etc..

Would I qualify for a refund if I don't get the HP and TQ gains as claimed ?

We don't offer refunds based on dyno numbers. Every car, every dyno and every location (city and state) are different. Those are honest numbers we got on our DynoJet in Pompano.

We would not be in business since 1988 if we were anything but truthful.
