I have these installed, red bushings. NVH I was expecting to be insane but it's just a little bit of hearing the engine do it's thing (like it's inner workings, valves moving kind of thing). The benefit is that it makes the car feel tighter all around but not really any moe clunky than the car already is (if you have an M/T). Almost too easy to install as long as you be careful, be patient, and go slow. Don't overtorque and I put the heat shield thing from the stock mounts over them.

I am getting false knock on my car when I shift harsh, so it seems engine rotation related. You think these mounts could help or make it worse?

Just thinking they may help limit the engines ability to rock a little which I feel is the issue causing the knock I see from the engine rocking on the soft mounts.

I haven't the slightest idea. They stop the engine from moving as much for sure.

If you're getting false knock, there's something else going on other than engine mounts.
