Steeda 3" Cat-back experiences

I was browsing through the Steeda black Friday sale and noticed they had their cat-back marked down quite a bit. It sounds pretty good on their YouTube videos, the few reviews I can find seem very positive. I was just wondering if there was a reason to stay away from it.

Steeda told me it was made in China if that matters to you. They also said it had a limited warranty at their discretion. I think if you're running stock cats it will probably sound ok.
