In my area of SC it's all the punks driving 6-12 year old squatted 4×4 trucks. They always have garbage loud exhaust and usually a drake or similar stickers. They all drive like idiots.

Here in Texas there are a lot of them used as ghost cops. Mainly used for speeders passing them unknowly and your popped. Or used to catch aggessive drivers. But they use the v6 versions.
