So I guess Ford Service Centers have been running into quite a few SYNC issues where they are finding folks have messed with the SYNC system where the “GT” screen is present...on a non-GT.

Just a note of caution... as funny as it may seem to some, if the car is brought in for warranty repairs and the Service Center has to make changes to or has to do any warranty repair involving SYNC, the APIMs, etc., this could cost you unnecessary out of pocket expenses...

and there’s this little bit of FYI info too for those who modify their SYNC systems...

Thanks for posting CJ. Can you add this to the current threads on 3.4? I’ve mentioned this a few times to folks that are updating systems still under warranty.
