Spark plug change ? Tune up? 30k miles

to the coyote gurus out there this is my first coyote daily driver, getting close to 30k miles should I change spark plugs It is my daily but I also do a lot of spirited driving car is still stock for now but I should start modding soon , if so should I go with some ngk plugs ? And also what about the ignition coils

At 30k your stock plugs should be perfectly fine. Unless you have some sort of issue your coils should be fine for a very long time(100k+ miles).
