Sourcing Premium Bumper for Upgrade

I'm looking to upgrade my base rear bumper to the premium version. I can get an unpainted one any number of places for not too much, but the only paint shop within a couple hundred miles that I trust with my car is pretty expensive.


It would be nice if I could source a pre-painted takeoff. Does anyone have any leads on where I might look for one?
