It's really not to difficult to remove the bumper cover itself.. the actual bottom grill is a little bit tedious because of the snaps. got to be patient

the ebay pictures don't show how they are mounted other than looks like a cover plate on the backside. was curious if you could buy this and just pull the lights out of it and put it on another grille. perhaps making it a tri-bar...

It's not a cover plate .. it's a molded one piece light one each side of the grill .
