The sway bars give you the ability to adjust front/rear to help dial in your setup.

The car has a tendency to understeer (as most street cars do). By adding a larger rear bar you'll be able to dial out some of that understeer. Just one of a few ways to accomplish that task.

Throwing a larger bar up front gives you a bit more front end stability, but that comes at a cost. So you have to proportionately increase the sizes of the bars and then use the adjustment holes to get to the handling balance that you are after. You can't do that with the OEM bars (without drilling holes).
