Good question, I'm not sure becuase I switched my deck lid to carbon fiber a few months ago lol. I'm sure some on the forum asked that before and if memory serves me right, it does not cover the factory holes. May want to confirm that though. If I see the thread I'll try to link it here for you.

They do not cover the holes. MMD makes the blank decklid on AM pre painted.
