The front in the pic is outers. Inner is by silver mounting holes. They are basicslly all the same and fairly unused. Dont have them on me as they are in storage.

I get that. If they were marked left or right then even though they have little wear, the wear direction would be the same installed. Sending pm.

Did you take off the whole caliper to remove the pads?

These were take offs they were already off a car. You wouldnt unless youre changing the lines.
