Sounds like your dealer has no allocations. I have not seen any holds on the Redline interior except the one that happened early on with the retail orders.

Ask your dealer if they do indeed have an allocation for your order.

I ordered my GT Premium with Redline (and PP) in mid October, still no VIN. The dealer says the delay is because of the red interior... I don't know, but I feel if no redline, he would just tell me some other excuse...

Hey Todd,

I actually called them late November, (My car delivery date was promised to be mid-Nov) and they told me they had allocations for 5 vehicles. They already have one in the show room.

Maybe they are lying though. By the way, the dealer has great reviews everywhere so I am hoping they are being honest with me.

Have your searched other dealers to see if they have your car in stock somewhere?

Probably a part constraint. Someone used to post the Ford sheets weekly but that stopped about 3 weeks ago.

It may be.. Anyway I am not in a rush, driving my current 2014 Mustang until the new one comes :-)
