so many used 2020 GT500's are for sale now...seems odd to me, 76 of them posted on Autotrader alone.

I like your screename 🤙

I believe the thread got off track because some members thought I was attacking the 500. That was never the case, I only posted on this thread (in the 500 section ) because I turned down my dealers 500 for the HEP 350. The reason I did not choose the 500 (have explained at length) is also the reason I beleive there are so many used 500(reason for this thread).

My apologies here but I don't see all these '20's up for sale. As another member noted, 85 for the entire country is less than two per state. And even if that's only on one trading site, I sure wouldn't classify that as "so many." But, maybe I'm missing something.

In one of my post, I posed the same question. Are there more used 500s for sale in its first year than 350s or Boss 302s? If there are more (seems to be the case) I beleive (some buyers) wanted a more unique experience for the up market price point.

This whole thread is just a broke GT owner/dreamer trolling the GT500 forum. Just saying it like it is.
I assume this comment was not directed at me? I own a 350 and turned down the dealers 500. In fact I've been trying to find that 500 a home, but there has been zero interest.

With that being said, I would have to disagree with your above statement. I beleive this was an interesting banter (albeit off thread topic) of the 350 vs the 500. I have and have owned many performance cars... but I let the pros do most of the talking. If you call Jay Leno, Phantom Speed, Eddie X and Seeda broke GT owners you are one rich dude my friend. Some of you guys are worse than my friends on Bimmerpost.. they still think ( all Mustangs) are junk and nothing more than Hertz rental cars. Despite my families wealth, I never look down on others that can not afford my toys.

The elephant in the room. Check out cars.com Carfax reports .Several GT350‘s with over 40,000 miles have had their engine replaced. Not heard of any GT500 with oil consumption problems leading to engine issues. Just saying it’s an Issue that causes some people to avoid a used 350. The 2020 350 second generation voodoo has changes made to address these issues. Same block as the GT500 interesting . I’d buy either 2020 and enjoy.
I really like the heritage 350 for 2020.

To be fair the GT500 is still relatively new so they aren't any that have a whole lot miles. Any common issues (if there is any) will probably start showing up around next year. Could be wrong but I don't think they'll be a whole lot since they had time to work with the Voodoo.
