You sir live a bless and charmed life. You must be doing great things to have these types of moments revisited to you.

Congrats ! Man that is very nice and yeah no way you could not pull the trigger on that. Same colour as your R as well, or close to it. Will be some good threads coming for sure now. Will be interesting to see what you do with this car.

In your style, why not hold our for the CFTP? With your connections, one would have landed in your lap eventually. Anyway, congrats. Best of luck with the wing and the rest of it.

Biggest thing was finding a car landed so I could start development on parts and ensure proper fitting wheels. I almost walked away from this one a couple times, but the story reeled me back in.

I am thinking of doing the same progression as before. Started with the tech pack GT350 and then the R. I know pulling off the carbon wheels is going to happen, so starting with the base car seemed better from that perspective. But the more I drove the R it speaks to me a little more.

I’m really digging Velocity. The actual pictures of that color look absolutely nothing like the one in the Builder site. It’s tied for my favorite with Iconic.

You are a resourceful guy. You'll sort it all out.

I'm happy for you.

Edited to add:. Maybe now you will make a set of replica OEM wheels. They would look good with the wing you'll be buying.

Front end PPF, Ceramic Pro, and cleaplex windshield film finished up by Imperial Works here in Sacramento. They did a hell of a job cleaning it up. The stripes were pretty trashed and there were several imperfections on the car from the factory.

Also installed the Ford Performance high flow air filter.

And that's why you get the painted on stripes, lol.

I like that subdued banner in black. Custom? I'd like one for my CFTP. It will go perfectly.

Your 500 is shaping up. Where does this one end? More CF? Replica OEM wheels? Lol
