Single large turbo is great for Drag strip but not so responsive for street driving. Two smaller turbos are more effective for street RPM range. Single tubo almost feels like a Centeri S/C with long turbo lag.
I drove one on a Camaro once and the boost didn't come in till 5000 RPM. By then it was too late to use the boost.

Sounds more like it wasn't the right turbo for the motor it was paired with. A lot of folks just throw a turbo on and go, but motor details need to be taken into account when searching for the right turbo to perform properly, that goes for single and twins and the same can be said for blowers as well.

Looks promising!

Whatever company comes up with a well made low-headache installation kit that isn't $7k-$10k is going to do well in the forced induction market.

Calling out OKC #1 spot after axle back install.
I am not excited about this kit. They had poor results with 11-14 kits, I would imagine the same for 2015+.

Looking forward to see a JPC / CPR kit.

I think their 11-14 kit was around 5500 for the basic kit so maybe similar pricing

Not so anymore. Compressor wheels and hybrids have come a long way. A single 76 billet wheel T4 would be nice for a 5.0L. I almost went large single (88 billet T6) on my 6.7L but I could pass up the deal I got on my twins for the Z06.
