Side stripe on 2020 California Special

I just bought this car, and I was really turned off by the stripe but it’s starting to grow on me. I’m getting paint correction and it ceramic coated next week, so I need to make my mind up.
Does anyone know if the car has the correct pin location for 5.0 badges under the stripe? Has anyone removed it, and like it, don’t like it?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! The last Mustang I owned was a 90 LX 5.0 and that was 25 years ago so I’m excited to be back in the saddle again. Thanks!

If there are no emblems on the fender, there are no holes.

The GT350 has different front fenders than the other Mustang variants. You may want to check in the other forums?

Wow thats interesting! I never noticed the newer C/S cars didnt have 5.0 Emblems. As was said earlier with no emblems it probably doesnt have locator pins under the stripe.

When I Google California Special Mustang, I see some versions with 5.0 on the fender and a rocker stripe. 15-17?

Thanks man, I appreciate it. I like the wheels, but wish they were wider. Probably going to switch them out with some GT350 replicas when the tires need replacing, so I can get wider tires. I almost killed myself last week on these skinny pzero’s in drag mode with advancetrac off lol
