Pro clip works really well. I 'only' have a GT so no center gauges, but it doesn't block the functionality of the center vents. Best mount for the money IMO.

This is what I use and I got it from Amazon. It works great with a magnet on the arm, and metal piece you put on the back of the phone. The metal piece goes between the outer rubber part of my Otter case and the phone.

Where I installed it only slightly blocks the vent, not enough to notice. I run the cord over the steering column to the outlet under the radio stack in the middle. I've never had an issue, and I've run it since I picked up my Mach from Granger, Iowa. It is out of my way and never been a problem with vision or anything else.

AMAZON Page looks like this. It takes longer to get it out of the box, than to install it. I didn't like any of the other places on the dash to mount it, they all blocked more stuff, or there wasn't a good flat, smooth place to attach it.

Why do you need to have a phone mounted on the dashboard? I bought this little dongle that provides wireless Apple Carplay. The dongle is plugged to USB port in the armrest compartment and the phone is wherever you want - in a bag or in the cup holder.
