Shopping list to add subwoofer/amp to base car

Got my amp wiring kit in and just about got everything..

Just need a little input on my crude drawing and wiring skills...lol

Can I just take the long RCA cables from my amp kit
-cut one end down to like 5 feet- keeping the set of rcas on one end
-and then tap into the + and - of the L And R speakers
-and solder one set of speaker wires to R side of rca wire and other to L side and use that?

Last stuff/idea I need to get it allready

You could, but most RCA cables have tiny wires that will be difficult to strip/connect. You will be much better off using something like this with some regular speaker wire and T Taps.
