Finally got confirmation from the dealer that my car is on the Salome and is due to them on 30 October.
I should be able to pick it up not long after that.

Cant wait.

Now planning to get a booking to have my wheels, Magneride Handling Kit and AWE catback exhaust installed soon after that and also make a booking for PPF and ceramic coating and window tint.

Mine is still sitting in the Ford Circus Tent at my local dealer.
Supposed to be ready Wednesday 4pm for a check over and pickup 08:30 Thursday morning.
Then fuel up and head into sunset.
(Not setting my hopes too high with the "professional" attititue so far)

The nightmare continues.

Wrong OTT Stripes, then I had to pay them to remove them as well as the additional cost for install.

Rear Spoiler came unpainted, so they had it painted and installed. There are "pimples" in the paint.
So needs removal and repaint.
Window Tinting done at Endrust, Endrust guy picks up and returned vehicle, only after I spot him doing laps around town in my car.
Shitty job, bubbles and not trimmed properly.
Had to wait and extra day for car to be "detailed" before delivery, wheels were filthy unwashed, bugs still stuck to bonnet and headlights, plus water marks in paint from not being dried. Took me hours to clean and polish.
Interior not cleaned well, marks all over the steering wheel and console.
Passenger side Air Vent trim is loose. Driver Window Trim damaged.

Other than that, 300kms clocked up, nice to finally drive it.

Once you get all that sorted you can enjoy the car and that will bring nothing but smiles.

Thanks mate, it is a joy to drive.

Not looking forward to taking it back to Ford for all the repairs, they will probably want it a week at least.
Just worried about all the extra Km's in joy rides by all the guys working on it

Put it in valet mode when you drop it off.

found out Valet Mode only blocks out the Touch Screen and Mobile Phone Contacts, no other restrictions, pretty useless.

MyKey looks like the only option, I will play with this option over the wekend.

Yeah it sucks the issues you have had. I have my fingers crossed mine comes in without too many hassles, but you never know until you see it in the flesh.

Send a complaint to Ford Australia about the dealer. Will get you nowhere. It is amazing how little they care about their customer. No wonder Ford going broke.
