Shipping delayed?

My car build date was 9/16, original EDD 10/4. Dealer sales rep checked today, car is still at Flat Rock. It is not on a QC hold. They are apparently having issues with rail cars unavailable. Others hearing same thing?

My build date was also 9/16 and first EDD was 10/3 then 10/8. I called Ford yesterday and they stated it was now in transit with an EDD of 10/9-10/13. She was not able to tell me when it actually left the plant...I was wondering what the hold up was.

Updated info - Salesman just called to tell me the car shipped today. It is on it's way!

Mine was built on September 9. It went to awaiting shipment yesterday.

My car hasn't been sitting as long as some of yours has, but I'm starting to get nervous too. My car was built 9/29 and has been on hold since then. My dealer thinks it is due to some issue with a seatbelt recall but no one seems to know for sure.

9/16 build, ETA has slipped several times with 10/24 being the most recent. Unsure if it has been shipped out or still waiting...

Same thing with me. It was built on 9/18 and the two EDD's were 9/25 and 10/5. Now it is 10/24, but they still have it listed in Flat Rock. My dealer just told me it may be a rail car issue too.

Same here also, ordered on 6/22, built 9/16. The first edd 9/28, then 10/05, now 10/21.

Well my wait is finally over. My order from June 9th came in.(3 weeks late) I picked her up tonight. The gaps are perfect. The hood lines up perfect. And then... My vehicle came in with 73 miles on it!!!! WTF. That is a lot of joy riding at the factory. I have the premier trim. Does anyone know if the e-brake boot is supposed to have black stitching? Everything else has white stitching.
