Windshield is Gorilla Glass, saving 8 pounds over the factory windshield.

Now this looks REALLY good! Can't believe it's taken 5 years for someone to replicate the "50th Anniversary LE" quarter window......but looks like it was worth the wait. Not sure I want to know how much $$ though!

My guess is that 1/4 glass will be close to $1500-$2k for the pair. I checked their website and all it says is “coming soon”.

In time, there’s going to be someone overseas copying it and then selling it for 1/2 the price.

I like those better than the LE, more unique and aggressive, but yet again it would be expensive I bet plus having to tint again to match my other glass, I'd worry about leaks

Go ahead, do it. Not cheap, but looks really good.

Yeah I think they look good on the new GT 500. I think the louvers kind of Tie in with the louvers on the hood.

hopefully being gorilla glass they’ll be resistant to any swirl marks or anything like that.

Just hope for around 1K for a pair that the logo isn't etched on... Hopefully it is a sticker and can be removed.

Did you install them on yours? If so what do you think of them?
No sorry, have not. Thought about it, researched it - but right now for me, even though the retail price is extremely fair and on point, spending on $997 on rear 1/4 glass to have the louvered look isn't a priority.

Plus, if I did such an install, there's no way to recoup that "mod" money if selling the car, because once the original rear 1/4's are popped out (providing they don't break), the encapsulation seal (rubber trim) will never be seated correctly to the body again.

If I had an S550 that I was never going to get tired of or sell, then surely a mod as such would not even be a second thought.

Ford should have used the 50th LE louvered rear 1/4 across all S550's. It's a nice flowing retro design without having to stick on aftermarket exterior plastic louvers that trap water, trap debris and block the views from those locations.
