Can someone with a Shelby GT500 please check their rear belly pan for a part number? I'm getting ready to install the differential cooler system on my car and would like to also retro fit the rear belly pan as well.

Thanks,
James

I like to disassemble things.
The engineering number would be on it, not the actual part number.

Wondering if you ever installed this, in regard to the rear belly pan. Only reason I ask is if you want the rear diffuser on an 18+. A real one that is you need this part for it to fasten to.

My rear valance was damaged during transport and dealer sent me a new one (it also came damaged). Anyway here is the sticker on the rear valance for GT500

That’s a legit ford part for the GT500? Seems odd that it doesn’t say Ford any where. And also that it says s550 and not GT500 any where. S550 is usually not terminology ford uses on their parts.

Just to be clear that is the sticker on the actual ford part, wasn't saying it was a part number just only sticker I saw on the actual valance.

Actually Ford uses S550 on many trim parts on all the Mustangs. On the GT500 I have seen stickers on the back of the inner door panels, quarter panels, dash panels and headliner that are marked S550

It's a Ford part, manufactured for Ford by Magna TEAM systems. The S550 EVO notation is internal code for the S550 chassis, GT500. Evo being short for Evolution. The S650 version was supposedly codenamed REVOlution. The material used is Hifax TYC, a thermoplastic polyolefin elastomer.

The part number is not shown on the sticker linked up above.
