Before I retired ; the question was where on the GT350 does it say that it’s a “ Mustang “?
Go take a look dead center of your windshield. The GT350 has "Ford" hub caps, but it doesn't say Ford anywhere else and it still doesn't say Mustang
Mine's a 2016. That's cool they changed that out. I'm sure it was inevitable.Other than sharing some part numbers with the Mustang, Ford does call it a Ford Mustang Shelby GT350. We also have a Mustang Owners Manual with a GT350 supplement. I know of no Mustang badges or names physically located on the car. Ford Performance branding appears on the door sills, engine strut brace and Ford on the wheel centers (as previously mentioned). My window sticker has a Cobra logo and not a Mustang.
Hah! Yes, it's there - and it's on the UAW sticker on the quarter-window behind the driver's head too. Now we're up to six places.Go take a look dead center of your windshield.
I don't think it says "Mustang" anywhere on the car. I haven't ran across it anywhere yet. BUT, it does refer to it as a Mustang on the Ford website.
