crying shame they didn't use ACME threads. Did the literature at least specify what spring rates were?

I did not get any literature, and I bet it’s not listed anyway.

For 850lbs or $1185 you get the adjustable springs. What about the magneride computer updates?

Right, these are the springs alone. I am positive SA will not sell the proprietary programmed DSC controller.

These would however work, just won’t be a package deal with a tune. No different than putting CFTP (or Steeda, FR, BMR, etc…) springs on a car without changing the Magnaride programming. What I like is the height adjustability.

I adjusted the height today, Fronts were stupid easy, didn't even have to take the tire off (I realized this after taking the wheel off). Rears on the other hand required me lowering the subframe to be able to turn the adjusters. Still gotta love being able to adjust the ride height. Much better than one and done springs.

I was using the socket as a 20mm diameter spacer, to be sure both sides were the same. Not a 20mm socket, but one that is 20mm in diameter.

It'll be interesting to download the maps from this controller (since anyone can do that with a USB cable and PC) and compare to the ones DSC has published on their webpage. If they're the same , they're unfortunately quite poor (DSC ones are here -> https://www.dscsport.com/calibration-files/ - they're the same files for all cars - if you look at the map in the DSC tuner software, they didn't really bother to do much).

I like to disassemble things.
Jaime, do the threaded collars have a set screw to "lock-in" the perches once you have the ride height where you want it?

No set screws, surprisingly. I can tell you that there was no possible way to make the adjustment without taking the weight off the front suspension, or physically removing the rear assembly from the car.

Very cool, can you go car show low and tuck the wheels into the fenders ? any idea of the overall height adjustability range ?

The instructions only specifically mention closed to 40mm, which is from a 1.75” drop to stock height. I’m not sure if there is more adjustment to go lower, but any lower in the front and you’d be scraping the splitter away mile by mile.

The rear of my car was set by SA for a 7/8” drop, and it could have gone another 7/8”. Changing the rear height requires physically removing the spring assembly from the car to be able to turn the adjuster. This is too much work to change more than once in my opinion.
