Just turned 50 and HATE all-black wheels on anything but a black car. They lose all design detail and become a black hole in the wheelwell.

Hated the PP wheels when I got my '15, hate them now. They're tucked away in my shop attic for posterity, where they belong. Which is a shame, since the PP wheels would look killer with the face diamond cut.

54 and not a fan. I have the 16 PP w/ silver wheels. A very busy pattern in black just looks like a black hole from certain angles and depending on how the light hits it. I agree that charcoal / graphite would look better.

I have 20" black wheels on my 2016 GT Premium, my preferred setup, yep I'm a senior.

56 here & I really like them on my Velocity Blue GT. First time I've ever had black wheels so its a bit of a nice change. I have the black accent package which seems to go better with them I think.

Agree black looks good with that color, and I like that those wheels don't have a busy spoke pattern like the PP.

It's a funny thing, once you get used to black wheels on your car then silver wheels look odd and old fashioned.

Strange but true.
I don't find them odd but I see where you're coming from with old fashioned. Some look too "ordinary" to me, which is why I like a lot of options in graphite/gunmetal, etc.

I’m 56 and i have the black PP1 wheels and like it with the tinted windows and black emblems against the silver paint.

One day I’ll get different wheels. Not sure if they will be black but they might be because i do like the black with the silver.

Agreed. However I avoided "black" and went "Graphite". I like the contrast. There are actually a ton of wheels I liked, but none of them chrome. Now on a 67 or something sure...imho anyway

... this question is targeted at 50 & up owners. Do you like black wheels?
71+ & it was the 'Dark Tarnish' wheels [offset & all] on the PP2 option that got me off the fence & writing the check for a new Mustang.
