Sure, but it won't turn it into a PD blower.
Who cares? Do you get extra points at cars and coffee for having a PD system?

Curious to know what everyone's definition of "take too long to build boost" means. I have a Vortech 19 GT and if my rpm is >4500 I don't feel as if the car takes overly long to build boost. It isn't a punch in the gut like a twinscrew from low rpm but I feel as if it is rather quick.
The 10r80 at 4500 should have almost instant boost. As soon as it downshifts you should have full boost
what I’m saying is compared to the procharger Vortech takes longer to build boost based on its gear ratio. With the 10r80 the procharger will make boost almost as fast as a Pd blower because the 10 gears make it rev fast and stay in the high rpms

Gotcha. Thanks for the clarification.
