Things happen quickly and usually by surprise, under the seat, in the pocket behind the passenger seat, glove box....all useless locations when you'll really need it.

A gun not in your hand or accessible in a split second is a useless weapon.

LCP in Remora holster, stuck between the seat and the center console just in front of the seat belt latch. Move your hand as if to be undoing your seatbelt and come back ready to go.

In holster Walther PPKS or Sig Sauer P227, it depends on what time of year which.
In a bolted down lock in the trunk is this with several 30rd Magpuls.
(oh its minus the hearing protection mostly) :headbang::headbang::headbang:

I got one of those magnet holders as wearing my IWB holster with my 1911 was kind of in the way. I can sit ok but I'm afraid that I'll damage my seat long term as the end of the grip digs into the edge of the lumbar area. So I just stick it to the magnet mount between my leg and the center console.

I had to put it like that as the magnet was a bit small and my 1911 rotates downwards as the 8 rounds of 230gr .45acp is heavy enough to do that. The muzzle is touching the floor to keep it straight and upright.

Man, a 1911 there would dig right into my right calf!

I've since switched to an LC9 in a pocket holster the center console, as that's easier for me to grab and pocket carry as I leave the car.

I don't know how you sit but that's no where close to my calf lol even if I tilt my leg to the right to rest my knee on the center console area.
I'm about 5'10 and 165lb

Glock 19 IWB but will sometimes put it in door map pocket when driving. Glock 26 stays in the car in glove box. In trunk I have a 3 day pack and med bag and have one of my SBR 10' barrel AR15 with the bag.

Similar load out in my truck but glock 17 instead of 26 and much larger pack. Full medical bag and 16' AR15
HOLY HELL! 10' isn't very SBR! ;)

I usually keep my KelTec PF9 in my IWB holster either in my waistband (being lefty, the seatbelt buckle doesn't get in my way), or in the center console. Depending on how seedy of a place I'm going, I'll throw on my XD40 (IWB holster) and put the PF9 in my pocket (and yes, I have a pocket holster for it).

I have a Beretta PX4 Subcompact .40, I place it in the center console where it fits perfectly, actually had to swap to that one from a Springfield XDM as that was just a tad too long to fit.

I'm a powerlifter and am about 6'1" and roughly 300lb.

The interior of my Mustang is cozy.

Ruger SR9c IWB, a Springfied XDc .45 with the full size mag in center console, Taurus model 66 .357 6"barrel in the owners manual spot and an AR15 in a pelican case in the truck with a "couple" 30rd mags. Then, when I go to the range, I really load up.

I'd love to see a pic of that positioning. Is it visible from outside?

Ive got an SU-16C in a duffle on my passenger seat. Im a fan of compact rifles.

Not exactly concealed but with the seat back reclined slightly it can't be seen through my tinted windows....especially being black on black seats. I can grab the pistol grip with my right hand and simultaneously unfold with my left hand. This would only be a high capacity back up and not my main carry, that stays on my person no matter what.
